How we work (and what differentiates us):
- We take an end-to-end, "holistic" view of the technology process - from establishing the IT strategy and development plans at the start, through requirements, specification, development, testing, implementation and rollout - to make sure that project starts and continues in the right direction to meet business needs - even as these needs themselves change!
- We have in-depth knowledge of the Asian insurance and fund management businesses and their partners and clients - employers, brokers, agents, healthcare providers etc.
- Matched with in-depth experience of insurance systems - especially Point of Sale, internet, MIS/EIS, and systems integration - as well as administration systems (packaged and custom)
- We focus on strategy - the "why" of a technology project. We focus on business users and business needs. "Benefits management" - to ensure the project prioritisation correctly reflects business strategy. We maintain this focus during and across projects, not just at their inception.
- We partner with other consultants who may similarly be considered experts in their respective fields - we don't try to do what others can do better. We just stick to what we're good at.
- We find (and if necessary market) technology products which fulfill the specific needs of our clients cost-effectively and which offer tangible, measurable business benefits.
